Product Description

1.Donescription

AWS-A5.17 is a kind of burning welding flux specially used for X60-X70 grade pipe submerged welding and its basicity is about 1.8. It is white round particle and the granularity is 2.0-0.4MM. It can be used with DC-AC and when DC, welding wire connects with positive pole. The electric arc is steady, easy to deslagging and welding line is formed well and beautiful. The welding line has good toughness of low temperature impacting.

Because it uses special production technology, the welding flux has good performance of resisting to moist and it can save consumption in the process of welding.

 

2.Application

1. weld many kinds of steel used in pipeline coordinate(such as X52,X60,X65,X70 and so on) with proper

welding wire(H08C,H08MnA,H08MnMoA,H08Mn2MoA)

2. muti-layer welding,double side single channel welding, multi-wire welding and narrow gap submerged arc welding.
