Description
E7016 It has excellent plasticity, tenacity and anti-cracking ability in low temperature, good arc stiffness, nearly no magnetic blow.
Therefore, it can offer good minor parts in welding with very few splash and easy deslagging and stable electric arc.  

Usage instruction

- Fully prepare labor safety factors before welding. The welding power source should be stable.

- When the welding rod is wet, the solder is prone to smoke, splashing and instability. Therefore, the weld is pitted, it needs to be dried at 100ºC - 150ºC for 40-60 minutes before use.

- Removes oil and dirt from the surface of the solder.

- Ensure the weld gap, bevel the weld in accordance with the regulations to achieve a solid weld.

- Select the welding current according to the instructions to get a deep penetration weld, high workability.
